Use of Personal Data
All data collected on this website will be used for the purpose of processing a booking or as detailed where the data is collected. Your data will be kept secure and not passed to any 3rd party.
Should you receive information from us in the form of electronic mail or mailshots that you wish to opt-out of please call our friendly receiptionist and ask to be removed from our mailing lists.
Terms of Booking – Individual Guests
Bookings will only be confirmed upon issue of our confirmation of booking letter following receipt of relevant deposit or via emailed confirmation with booking reference following an on-line booking request.
Once booking is confirmed, cancellations prior to 48 hours of arrival date will be liable for loss of deposit (£20.00 per person). Cancellations within 48 hours of arrival date will be liable for the full cost of the booking. It is therefore recommended that all guests take out holiday insurance. Different terms apply to holidays offered as a package – see below.
The entertainment and facilities on offer are subject to availability and demand and the type and frequency of entertainment provided may be altered and services withdrawn at the discretion of the hotel.
Special Requests – any special requests should be notified at the time of booking and cannot be guaranteed unless pre-arranged and agreed as part of our official confirmation.
Prices inclusive of VAT at 17.5%. Statutory increase in vat rates will result in price amendments.
A 3% surcharge will automatically be added to you bill if paying balance of holiday cost by credit card.
Full payment for your stay must be made at check-in either by cash, debit or credit card.
Online bookings – your payment card details are needed to secure your booking but no money will be taken off the card at the point of booking. Failure to turn up without cancellation will result in the full cost being taken from the card details supplied and we reserve the right to pre-authorize payment.
Terms of Booking – Package Holidays
Bookings will only be confirmed upon receipt of relevant deposit and the issue of our confirmation of booking letter.
Cancellations within three weeks of the arrival date will be liable for the full cost of the holiday and it is therefore recommended that all guests take out holiday insurance.
Glendevon Hotel cannot be held liable for any cost or expense suffered by passengers should they arrive late at designated pick up point.
All package holidays are offered on the basis of sufficient guests for particular date. We reserve the right to cancel holidays in the event of insufficient demand for date. In these circumstances, we will either offer alternative date or return monies paid. Maximum liability is monies paid.
